Terms

• To ensure our guests' privacy, all bookings are by prior arrangement (not on a "walk-up" basis).
• Deposit: We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking. The balance is due in full up to 14 days prior to your arrival.
• Cancellation policy: 20% deposit is non-refundable less than 60 days prior to your arrival.
• No-shows: We regret that we cannot refund payment if you cancel within 14 days
• Check-in time: From 4pm
• Check-out time: By 10am

The lodge is closed from the 1st of May until the 31st of October.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include 12.5% GST
